The coaching worksheets, journals & workbooks provide exercises to support you to prepare for each session and you will continue to work on the exercises between sessions to assist you to take actions to achieve your goals.

Complimentary coaching session

We offer a 15 minutes complimentary coaching session to support you to gain clarity about the areas of your life you would like focus on and what you would like to achieve. We can assist you to identify the barriers preventing you from taking actions to achieve your goals to live a fulfilled life.

The complimentary coaching session is an opportunity to have all your questions answered and provide a clear outline of the coaching process.

Following the complimentary session if you would like to proceed we offer one to one and group coaching sessions to support you to plan the actions you need to take to achieve your goals.

This course will support you to clarify your intention, purpose and vision to achieve your dreams through a journey of self discovery.
